FIREARM SALES POLICIES & LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

Bravo Defense, LLC — Effective Date: February 16, 2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing any firearm, ammunition, accessory, or related service from Bravo Defense, LLC, whether in-person or online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these policies. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

2. FIREARM SALES — STRICT NO RETURN POLICY

ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES. Once a firearm purchase is completed and/or ATF Form 4473 has been initiated, the sale cannot be cancelled, reversed, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Discovery of lower prices elsewhere
• Change in personal or financial circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with appearance, feel, fit, finish, or performance
• Failure to obtain required permits or licenses
• Delay or denial of background check
• Spousal or family disapproval

Special order and custom-built firearms are subject to the same no-return policy and cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once ordered.

3. CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK PROHIBITION

By providing payment, you expressly acknowledge that:

1. You have been informed of our strict no-return, no-refund policy
2. Firearm sales are subject to federal regulations making reversals impractical
3. You agree not to initiate any chargeback for buyer's remorse or subjective reasons
4. You agree not to initiate chargebacks for shipping delays outside our control

Chargeback Consequences: Legal action, collection of all costs including attorney's fees, criminal referral for fraud, and permanent purchase ban.

4. BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS

All firearm sales require: valid government-issued photo ID, completion of ATF Form 4473, passing NICS background check, compliance with all waiting periods, and meeting all federal/state/local requirements. If your background check is denied, the firearm returns to inventory but payment is non-refundable.

5. WARRANTIES

Bravo Defense manufactured firearms carry a limited lifetime warranty covering non-wearing parts that break under normal use. Used firearms are sold "AS-IS." Manufacturer warranty claims must be pursued directly with the manufacturer.

6. AMMUNITION SALES

All ammunition sales are final and non-refundable. Buyers must meet all legal age and ID requirements.

7. SERVICES

Payments for gunsmithing, Cerakote, and training are non-refundable once commenced. Service cancellations require 48 hours notice. Custom work is non-refundable once approved and started.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Firearms are inherently dangerous. You assume all risks associated with ownership, possession, storage, and use. Bravo Defense's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

9. SAFE HANDLING & STORAGE

Buyers are solely responsible for: following all safety rules, proper storage to prevent unauthorized access (especially by children), compliance with all laws, and obtaining appropriate training.

10. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

All sales are for lawful purposes only. Straw purchases are a federal felony. These terms are governed by Connecticut and federal law.
